Terms and Conditions
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and unworn. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately personalised or custom printed items cannot be returned unless faulty. The fault will need to be flagged up to me within 7 days of receiving your item and will only apply on an unworn item. Once any item has been worn it is no longer eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be a copy of the email you received when ordering.
Please do not send your purchase back without having contacted us prior, to agree the return. Email address for all contact – email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process it and arrange for you to return the item and have a replacement sent out. Due to the nature of our products please note that if it is not a stock item then it could take up to 14 days to process through a replacement.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com in the first instance and we will let you know where to send your item to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item – this is your responsibility. Please ensure you use the correct postage and we suggest using an insured service for valuable/fragile items.
